Like Urdu, Hindi translation demand in Dubai is driven by a large resident community — in this case Indian nationals working across the UAE and Gulf. Requests are overwhelmingly personal-document-driven: educational certificates for employment visas, marriage and birth certificates, and powers of attorney. Hindi is written in Devanagari script left-to-right, distinct from Urdu's Perso-Arabic right-to-left script, even though the two languages share much of their everyday spoken vocabulary and grammar — a genuine case where script, not language structure, is the main translation-workflow difference.
